General Hospital spoilers for Sept 15 - 19, 2025 see Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) accuses his would-be killer, and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), who stuns the Port Charles Police Department (PCPD). Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) receiving a tempting offer, while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) reveals something personal to Emma. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) are investigating Tracy Quartermaine's (Jane Elliot) potential involvement in Drew's shooting. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) also have an interesting conversation about her plans with Drew on the ABC soap opera. 

GH spoilers see Dante receives shocking news while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) faces a stonewall from someone. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) questions Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) and Nina has a talk with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). A surprising return then shakes up Port Charles. Elizabeth issues a warning to Lucas on Friday, and Dante and Lulu deliver some big news. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) reveals his plan to protect himself and his son, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), from the ongoing investigation into Drew's shooting. 

General Hospital spoilers sees the return of Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Josh Duhamel (Leo du Pres) from their mission, Sonny's plan kicking into high gear, and a struggling Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) wondering what to do next. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) continues to be smitten with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Ryan Pavey's character Nathan West is set to return the week of 9/15 - 9/19/2025.
